HOW TO BOOK

1. You can submit the information request form available on our website or

2. send us an email to ostellosanpriamo@tiscali.it or a fax to 070/999720 (for foreigners add +39) writing:

- name/s
- arrival and departure dates
- approximate time of arrival
- number of men and women
- number and age of children
- favorite type of accomodation (Hostel Formula or Residence Formula )
- type of stay (Bed and Breakfast, Half Board*, Full Board*)

*reservation in these 2 ways is possible only for groups of at least 8 people

We can’t accept reservation by phone.

After receiving our reply you can make the payment of 40% (deposit) of total cost of your stay.

In case of booking of only one night we require payment of total in advance.

The payment of 40% will be made by bank transfer to:

Put as reason of transfer: “Deposit for stay from __/__/__ to __/__/__ of (NAME) (SURNAME)”

You should pay also the administrative cost for the transfer.

The reservation will be effective only if within 5 days from date of our confirm we receive a copy of bank transfer with the Money Transfer Control Number by fax or email.

Then you should write us the following data:
- name and surname of each guest
- a telephone number for any communications

The rest of amount will be paid by cash at the arrival or by bank transfer before your arrival.

The services of ATM and/or credit card are not available at the moment.

We will make receipt or invoice to the same person who paid the transfer.
