Beginning and the end of stay on Saturday preferably. It will be possible to book on other days subject to availability.
At least on week is requested during D/E periods.
Beginning and the end of stay during A/B/C periods are free but for a minimun of 3 nights.

Optional hire of bed sheets and towels € 10,00 per person per change..

 

 

OBLIGATORY AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

 

HI card to make at the arrival.

Weekly forfait of € 16,00 per person for electricity, water, gas consumptions, daily assistence on site, turist info.

Children under 6 years pay € 9,00 euro.

 

Caution money of € 150,00 payable in cash only on arrival, refundable on departure afetr inspection of equipment and functionality of furniture and accessories.

Final cleaning of € 30,00. Cleening of cookware, tableware, cooker, microwave and fridge is on client’s charge. Kitchenette should be left clean, otherwise you will have to pay a penalty of € 30,00 which will be deducted from caution money payed on arrival.
