REGULATION

 

 

 

 

 

GENERAL RULES

 

1. At the arrival will be required:

  • a valid identification document (identity card, driving license or passport) for check in and HI card (if you don’t have it will be issued at the hostel);
  • the payment of balance of required services.

 

2. During the stay you should:

  • respect the working times of the hostel;
  • observe the common rules of coexistence;
  • respect the silence from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

 

3. At departure day:

  • come back the keys of the room/apartment.

 

4. It is prohibited smoking in the rooms, in the comfort apartments and in common spaces of the hostel.

 

5. It is not allowed to introduce appliances without permission except as follows: electric shavers, hair dryers, battery charging for mobile phones and personal computers to CE standard and provided of proper transformer.  

 

6. We can’t accept people not registered in the structure and without authorization of management. .

 

7. Management has not responsibility for cash and/or valuable items that you have not been deposited in custody

 

8.  Differentiate wastes using special containers outside. For more information ask to reception.

 

ARRIVAL TIME

Bed dorms, family rooms and comfort apartments will be delivered from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. of the day.

 

Arrivals between 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will involve payment of a penalty of 30,00 euros (cash only); for arrivals after 11:00 p.m. the penalty to pay will be of 60,00 euros (cash only).

 

In case of arrival before 5:00 p.m. we suggest to tell it at time of booking and if possible will be agreed the time with the hostel management.

 

DEPARTURE TIME

Within 10:30 a.m. If you decide to vacate the room or the apartment over this time will be required to pay the next day.

 

Possibility of late check-out as following:

from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. 30% price room/apartment;

from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 40% price room/apartmen;

from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 50% price room/apartmen;

after 5:00 p.m. 100% price room/apartment.

You can request it only at booking time. Otherwise we can't guarantee this service.

 

In case of departure before 10:00 a.m. the cautions paid for the keys of rooms and for comfort apartments will be returned, after verification, to the address provided by the customer, minus administrative costs.

You will deposit the keys of the rooms or apartments in a special box outside.

 

TIMES AND RESERVATION MEALS

Breakfast is served at bar from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.,

lunch and dinner at restaurant respectively at 1:00 p.m. and at 8:30 p.m.

Please note that lunch and/or dinner are made only on request (within 10:30 a.m.) and for at least 8 people.

 

OTHER TIMES

The hostel will be closes for cleanings from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. except for the guests of comfort apartment.t.

 

INTERRUPTION OF STAY

In case of renounce at the stay already started there will be not any refund of amount paid on arrival.

 

NOTES TO GROUPS

Each group that stays at our hostel should:

  • indicate one leader that keeps relationships with management and should ensures the order, the discipline and the respect of the hostel rules;
  • provide a list of persons (including group leader(s)) with following data:
    • Name, Surname, Date and Places of birth for making faster check in;
    • a deposit of 200,00 €.
